The CSN Diet Meal-Plan

• You get to eat a well-balanced diet that promotes overall health and well-being.
• No special food is required.
• The 60-day meal plan is made up of eating Fruit, Vegetables, Meat, Eggs, Seeds, Potato and Salad.
• You don’t have to weigh your food and you can eat as much as you like on most days of the specified foods for the day.

Once you have decided on a CSN Package, all you have to do is:

2. Once your form has been sent back, you will receive your invoice. Orders cannot be completed without the registration form

Clients who suffer from Diabetes:

• Make sure that you have the Diabetic CSN Health Supplement before starting the program.
• Test blood glucose 4 times daily and adjust Insulin accordingly.
• You will notice a significant drop in sugar levels, especially on the Detox.
• Please consult your doctor before starting this program.

Clients who are allergic to Iodine:

Please make sure that you have the CSN Barely Grass capsules and NOT the CSN Green Powder which contains Iodine.

Clients who suffer from High Blood Pressure:
Please check your blood pressure regularly

How to take the CSN Products?

Natural Health Supplement: Take 5 tablets 6-10 times a day (minimum 30 tablets/capsules per day)

Barley Grass or Green Powder: Take 3 capsules in the morning and 3 before 13h00 as taking this later in the day may affect your sleep.

AloeMag: Take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules at night – lower the dosage to ONLY 2 capsules per day as soon as diarrhoea feeling sets in.
